End of 2013!

What a year it has been! Full of God's unceasing favor and grace, from experiencing my own keys of David from doors that God shut, no one can open to opening doors where no one can shut if God opens. Jesus has also answered our prayers, from rooting ourselves in a good ministry to finding a group of like minded peers who understood and continues to learn more about the amazing grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

More importantly, I understand more and more now about His great love and sacrifice for us, it was never about us, it's all about the Son of Man! From being self-introspective to beholding the image of Christ instead, the liberty and freedom from being self-occupied to being occupied from someone who deserves ALL adoration and praise instead!! To see the fruit of the Holy Spirit more and more not from my own self-efforts but really by the grace of God, since it wasn't sustain by self-efforts, the change is truly from God and He will continue to shape and transform me!

Highly favored, deeply loved, greatly blessed and completely protected. All because of the One Man.

'For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.' - Romans 5:19

Sea Of Galilee The Sea of Galilee is the catchment basin for the Jordan River and is fed primarily by the melting snow of Mount Hermon in the north. Small streams also flow down from the surrounding mountains. It is 685 feets below sea level. Here Jesus rebuked the winds and sea, walked on water (Mark 6:45-52) and created a miracle of 'boat-sinking, net-breaking' catch(Luke5:3-10). Disciples first or Saints?

In the synoptic gospels the term disciples is used 160 times, John 78, Book of Acts after the church began 28 times. We can see the number of times it is being used is slowly dwinding, the question is why? Not once is it used in the rest of the New Testament after the book of Acts. That is extremely peculiar, why is that? Instead the Church members are called saints, brethren. As the Church developed they had what is called the body of Christ. This meant membership in Christ himself 1 Cor.12:13 . You can follow Christ and be a disciple and not be saved, or, you can be saved and follow which makes you a saint or one of the brethren. T his term "Saint" was first used in the NT when Annaias said Paul did many things evil things to the Saints in Jerusalem Acts 9:13(as when he put the saints in prison and put many to death Acts 26:10) The word Saint shows ones position in Christ, the word disciple shows one is a learner.
